This was a one day deployment. Vicky shared her thoughts with us: Corporal Stephen Ballard's memorial service was the first memorial I have attended since joining the Suffolk County Police Department. It made me realize no matter what your badge says, the men and women in blue are all one. I enjoyed the opportunity to meet different law enforcement officers across the country and learn more about what the job means to them. This was not only a great experience, but it reinforced my belief that my decision to join law enforcement was the right one for me. Thank you Victoria, Zakary, Glenn, Jimmy, Kurt and Jason for representing us so well. We are proud to have you as members of the Brotherhood For The Fallen, Suffolk County, NY.
