Membership Application

Checks can be mailed to the PO box with the application. Remittance of yearly dues does not require a new membership form.

On the very bottom of this article is the printable membership application. The form should be completed and sent via inter-department mail to PO Damon Marro at the 5th Precinct, Lt. James Gruenfelder at the SOA office, given to any board member or sent via U.S.mail to the address below.

 

Please complete all fields. Please note that department email addresses are being blocked by the county server from receiving group emails. Kindly provide your personal email. Also, please provide a cell phone number, not a landline, as we utilize a text blast system. We only need your cell phone is you wish to deploy to represent us throughout the country.

Website Registration Directions

Once your application is received you will be able to register for this website using the REGISTRATION tab. Please complete all fields. To keep this site secure, no one will be granted access until the application is reviewed and approved.
 

The website registration process is easy and is as follows:

1. Complete and submit online

2. Receive a confirmation email

3. Click confirmation link

4. Receive acceptance email once approved by an administrator

5. Login at will and enjoy the website
