Deputy Sheriff Norman Lewis Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Florida End of Watch: January 9, 2017 BFTF Representatives That Attended Funeral: James (Jeff) Flammer PO 2109 Retired Jeff shared the following with us: Deputy Lewis, known as a gentle giant, died as a result of injuries suffered during a motor vehicle accident on his Police motorcycle while responding to the call of Master Sergeant Clayton’s shooting. Tragically, his mother suffered a heart attack the night before his funeral and the services were delayed a few days. As a result, many of the officers who traveled for the funerals were unable to extend their stays. This is Jeff's 5th funeral as a member of the Brotherhood. We truly appreciate your dedication.Thank you Jeff for once again representing us so well and for staying for both funerals.
