This deployment was originally thought to be for the funeral services for both officers killed during this incident. However, the funeral for Police Officer Kaulike Kalama will be held in March. The BFTF Chapters did attend a candleight vigil and fundraiser for both officers. The funeral for PO Kalama will be a seperate deployment.
